**Essential Skills & Experience:**
- A minimum requirement of 5 years' experience within technical consultancy roles or similar fields demonstrating not only expertise but also commercial savvy when it comes to designing specified IT infrastructures.
- Understanding of voice systems, unified communications, and smart building technologies (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with RIBA work stages and experience with office/workplace/hospitality fitouts, refurbishment, or relocation projects.
