About the Company:

Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of mental health conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
Provide ongoing clinical care and support to patients with a variety of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and supervision.
Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in psychiatry to inform best practices.
Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and contribute to the training and mentoring of junior staff and trainees.
Qualifications and Experience:
Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry (MRC Psych or equivalent).
Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the Specialist Register in Psychiatry.
Proven experience working as a psychiatrist in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of mental health issues across a broad spectrum.
Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
