Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with the position. Main function is to implement optimal and efficient management and delivering polished customer experience that befitsa prestige upscale restaurant.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:

  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Sound financial + business acumen
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
