We are excited to be recruiting for a skilled Sustainability Consultant to lead and support the delivery of environmental certifications across a wide range of projects. If you have proven experience in BREEAM, WELL, Ska, and LEED and are eager to make a difference across sectors such as healthcare, education, historic buildings, and sci-tech, this could be your ideal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of environmental certifications with support from senior team members
• Guide design teams in developing compliant and effective design strategies, ensuring all necessary evidence is provided
• Assist with planning applications, LCA assessments, and construction site monitoring
• Review evidence and prepare validation statements for submission to third-party certification bodies

Qualifications and Experience:

• A formal qualification in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field within the built environment
• BREEAM Assessor qualification and/or BREEAM AP status, with hands-on experience with BREEAM projects
• A background in sustainability within the planning, design, and construction industries
• Working knowledge of UK environmental legislation and its relevance to development projects
• A strong passion for sustainability, with a proven track record of implementing strategies that promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability
• Proficiency in lifecycle tools such as OneClick LCA and experience with circularity assessments
• Excellent communication skills, including technical report writing and the ability to deliver presentations to a variety of stakeholders
