We're looking for an Interim General Manager to lead our vibrant, community-loved Italian restaurant, where rustic cooking meets a no-nonsense, ever-changing menu. This is an opportunity to work with a passionate team, elevate guest experiences, and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service and high standards
Leading, training & inspiring a tight-knit FOH team to deliver warm, personal hospitality
Engaging with guests, creating memorable experiences, and sharing your love for great food and wine
Managing stock, costs, and budgets to keep everything running efficiently
Bringing a positive, can-do attitude and keeping up the good vibes every shift

What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in Italian cuisine and a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients
Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Solid understanding of costings/P&Ls, menu development, and F&B operations
A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a guest-focused setting
