We are looking for a charismatic and confident Assistant General Manager to join a brand-new all-day brasserie, opening this September in Fitzrovia. This is more than just a job; its an opportunity to be part of an exciting launch, leading a passionate team in a high-energy, volume-driven environment.

As the number two in the F&B team, youll play a crucial role in shaping the restaurants culture, service, and success. If you thrive in a hands-on role and love the buzz of a fast-paced, high-quality operation, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the brasserie, ensuring service excellence and smooth running from breakfast through to late-night service.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 29, creating an engaging and supportive work environment.
  • Drive standards, efficiency, and team performance in a high-volume setting.
  • Be hands-onwhether its leading the floor, managing reservations, or handling guest interactions.
  • Take ownership of administrative responsibilities, including rota management, stock control, and financial reporting.
  • Play a key role in the opening process, implementing systems, training staff, and setting up for success.
