About the job:

Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running a high-volume gaming bar.
Leading and motivating a team of bartenders & floor staff
Ensuring exceptional customer service and an electric atmosphere at all times.
Managing daily operations, stock control, and compliance.
Driving revenue through events, promotions, and outstanding guest experiences.
Upholding health & safety and licensing regulations.
Handling customer queries and resolving any on-the-floor issues with confidence.

About you:

An outgoing Personality!
Hospitality experience in a busy, late-night bar, pub, or venue (gaming bar experience a plus!).
A strong, hands-on leader who thrives in high-energy environments.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Proven ability to drive sales and create an exciting, engaging atmosphere.
Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and operational best practices.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and nights this is where the magic happens!
