About the job:
- Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running a high-volume gaming bar.
- Leading and motivating a team of bartenders & floor staff
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and an electric atmosphere at all times.
- Managing daily operations, stock control, and compliance.
- Driving revenue through events, promotions, and outstanding guest experiences.
- Upholding health & safety and licensing regulations.
- Handling customer queries and resolving any on-the-floor issues with confidence.
About you:
- An outgoing Personality!
- Hospitality experience in a busy, late-night bar, pub, or venue (gaming bar experience a plus!).
- A strong, hands-on leader who thrives in high-energy environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proven ability to drive sales and create an exciting, engaging atmosphere.
- Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and operational best practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and nights this is where the magic happens!
