- Exceptionally organised and adaptable, with a proactive mindset
- Ideally experienced in working with HNW/UHNW clients (within healthcare, hospitality or luxury services would be a plus)
- An outstanding communicator – both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple clients at once
- Friendly, polished, and professional in your approach
- Serve as the main point of contact for all clients assigned to you
- Communicate with clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and tailored responses
- Coordinate and manage client health assessment days
- Welcome and host clients in-person on the day of their visit
- Enter and maintain accurate client records in the practice database
- Oversee invoicing processes and liaise with the finance department as required
