What You'll Do:

As the Clinic Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our psychiatry clinic, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that our high standards of care are upheld. Here's what you can expect:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring exceptional care and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the trusted partner and point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the care pathway.
  • Lead, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team of medical secretaries.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
  • Review practise policies to ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
  • Monitor clinic performance KPIs, providing weekly reports to enhance service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to audit findings and stakeholder feedback, ensuring practitioners maintain up-to-date accreditations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Implement best practises in digital clinic management, enriching both patient and practitioner experiences.
  • Provide insights to management for service improvements.
  • Work closely with the wider team to align clinic services with business objectives.
  • Support onboarding and coordination of new practitioners joining the platform.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Healthcare Management or related field (Desirable).
  • Experience in a leadership role within a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in mental health or private healthcare.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in practise management software (e.g., Semble, Cliniko).
  • Knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
