Daytime Healthcare are working with a new high-end Children's Clinic in Mayfair. They are seeking an an experienced Operations Manager with CQC and Business development experience with the healthcare sector.

You will oversee all aspects of operational performance while maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of good governance arrangements. Key Responsibilities Operations Management

  • Oversee overall clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Act as the CQC Nominated Individual, responsible for liaising with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory standards. • Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing processes with attention to accuracy and protocols.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory, equipment, and facility management

Other experience required includes financial management, quality assurance and business development.
