I am currently recruiting for a General Manager for this Boutique Hotel in London. As General Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel. We are looking for an inspirational leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

About the position

Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
Implement a 5* service strategy
Manage & lead a team effectively
Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan
Work closely with the owners

The successful candidate

Experience manager from hotels a must
Room & revenue management experience
Budgeting & P&L experience
Excellent leadership skills
Independent and boutique hotel experience would be beneficial
Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
