You'll be responsible for perfecting the fundamentals, hitting targets, and fostering an exceptional guest experience. With a strong hospitality background, preferably in a branded setting, and experience in both FOH and BOH operations, you'll be pivotal in driving the business forward.
This role offers not only the opportunity to lead a team of 16 but also to manage key aspects like scheduling, floor operations, stock control, and team development. Our client is invested in your growth, offering a robust development program designed to accelerate your career. With exciting expansion plans of up to 10 additional sites, the potential for progression is immense!

- Experience as a General Manager in a branded, full-service environment
- Strong leadership skills, with cross-training in FOH and BOH
