The company has grown steadily and has multiple sites in London and is now starting a period of expansion following further investment. Still very much an independent business the quality and standard of food and drinks have continued to develop over the years, and the company is ready to expand further with its Premium Casual Dining experience.
The Role General Manager
As General Manager you will run the restaurant alongside the department Managers, and oversee challenging and supporting your teams, delivering greater numbers, and taking pride in serving terrific food
This is a role for an outgoing and sociable General Manager who wishes to inspire their team into one of the most on trend concepts in London.
You will also be charged with controlling the financial aspect of the restaurant through labour and stock controls and have a strong understanding of all financial controls

- Base Salary of £48,000 £50,000 per annum
