The Ideal General manager will have….
- Proven experience in managing a drinks venue with food
- Currently working as a General Manager
- Strong knowledge and passion for cocktails—creative, seasonal, and fun ideas are a must!
- A dynamic and unique approach to hospitality, where you'll be encouraged to share your ideas and contribute to the company's success
- Full financial awareness to help drive the business forward
