We're on the lookout for a General Manager who's ready to lead one of Central London's standout Michelin-starred restaurants. What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a dedicated team of 20, you'll have complete oversight of restaurant operations—from enhancing the guest experience to ensuring commercial performance. You'll work closely with the leadership team, staying hands-on to lead service with a genuine love for hospitality. This role is suited for someone who has climbed the ladder within the industry, understanding the drive it takes to reach the top. Experience working with a sommelier team is a plus.
