The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Manager to join a friendly and dynamic team at a fantastic bar/restaurant in the Shoreditch area. We're seeking someone with experience in high-volume, wet-led venues, along with a strong background in food operations and experience handling private corporate events.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a similar General Manager role is essential
- Strong understanding of structure, processes, and procedures
- Solid financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent service standards and attention to detail
- Natural leader with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and team development
- Ability to add a personal touch and build rapport with guests and staff
