We're seeking a natural leader with a big character and a strong ability to connect with people. Experience in high-volume and entertainment-led venues, along with a solid understanding of P&L, is essential.

About You?

Background in wet-led or cocktail-oriented venues
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager
Strong product knowledge preferred; a passion for learning is essential
Experience leading large teams in high-volume wet-led venues
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet business targets by developing structured plans with the management team
Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience
