Salary Up to £65,000 per annum + Bonus

Reporting Into Senior Operations Manager
Tecrec are currently recruiting for a General Manager to manage a full TFM contract across West London. This is to work for a bespoke facilities management company which provide property management services within academic spaces across the UK & Ireland.
As the General Manager you will be responsible for a P&L of 6 million with 3 direct reports and a team of 70 across the contract.
Direct Reports Hard Services Manager, Soft Services Manager & Security Manager.
This is a prestigious portfolio in the education sector therefore experience within the education sector will be advantageous.
This is to work for a business which has gone from strength to strength in the industry over recent years and now provide Hard, Soft, Health & Safety & Property Management services across the country.
The ideal candidate will have managed a TFM contract, hold technical qualifications or have a solid understanding of technical services.
