Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of exceptional hospitality professionals.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L accounts.
- A deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and customer expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle the demands of a high-profile establishment.
