A great role for a General Manager has come up for a new venue opening near Clapham Junction.

Who will you be working for?

An amazing position for an experienced General Manager to work within a small independent but growing bar company. The site will be in the heart of Clapham Junction and will be a welcoming neighbourhood pub, serving craft beers, cocktails and a simple but unique food offering. You will have the opportunity to have input into the site, menus and training and there will be the possibility to develop into a multi site role for the right person in the future.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a General Manager to join our business at a key point in our growth journey and to be involved in the new opening or our pub in Clapham Junction - a keen entrepreneurial approach would be ideal for this position. The role involves getting ready for the launch of a new pub concept and all the planning that is involved in it, staff training, structuring of the team, recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Preferably you will come from a pub background with cocktail knowledge but have high energy, come with ideas and passionate about delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be an experienced General Manager with sound knowledge of cocktails and craft beers, have a strong eye for detail, creative with business planning and being able to think on their feet.

You must take ownership for the whole unit, be fully profit and loss accountable and most of all deliver customer service to exceed customer expectations
