About Us:
We are an exciting and bustling restaurant and event space located in the heart of London Bridge, catering to a diverse clientele for both dining and large-scale events, brunches & club nights. Our space features a vibrant restaurant, an expansive bar, and 3 private event areas, making it the perfect spot for everything from intimate dinners to corporate events and private parties.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations and oversee the day-to-day running of our 8,500 sq. ft. warehouse conversion. As General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service, managing the team, and driving both the restaurant and event sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and event space, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and manage a large team of staff, front-of-house, and events personnel.
Maintain and improve customer service standards to create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.

Maximize profitability by controlling costs, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving revenue streams.

Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and food hygiene

Develop and implement strategies to grow both the restaurant and event business, including marketing, promotions, and partnerships.
Report directly to ownership, providing updates on financial performance, staffing, and business growth.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or event space.
Strong understanding of both restaurant and event operations, including managing multiple functions simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and performance metrics.
Strong knowledge of health and safety, licensing, and food safety regulations.
Experience with event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
