General Manager @ No32 The Old Town

We are delighted to post this fantastic opportunity to step into the General Manager position at No32, one of our most vibrant and popular of our bars. Overlooking the iconic Clapham Common, No32 has been a go-to destination for over 12 years, offering a lively atmosphere with all-day dining, DJs, and Disco Nights every Friday and Saturday.

As General Manager, you'll take the reins of one of Clapham's busiest bars, leading a dedicated team of 30 and overseeing every aspect of the business, including full P&L management. This is the perfect role for someone looking to further their career in hospitality within a high-energy, dynamic environment.

As an open and approachable leader you will set an example to those around you, consistently working to a high standard and encouraging others to do the same. You will work with the management team to instill positive behaviours and processes that positively impact the P&L and people in your venue.
