A leading casual dining brand, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, authenticity, and excellent customer service, is seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager. Located in a bustling, high-traffic area popular with tourists, the restaurant has a lively dining experience, and regularly operates a queuing system due to the high demand.

Our client is looking for a hands on General Manager who can thrive in this fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a small but dedicated team, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. The site is well established, however not the finished product, and were looking for a General manager looking for the opportunity to make a mark on a business. Youll need to be resilient, well-organized, and committed to upholding excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and lead the FOH and BOH teams
  • Building relationships with local businesses
  • Oversee customer flow
  • Ensure quality service and efficiency, maximizing table turnover
  • Maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere while handling queues and busy periods

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient, energetic, and capable of handling high-pressure situations
  • Passionate about customer service and driving sales growth
