About the Job:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of bakers, baristas, and front-of-house staff.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards in every aspect.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain an inviting atmosphere, building relationships with loyal customers and enhancing their experience.
  • Stock & Supply Chain: Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure quality control for all ingredients and products.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or food production.
  • Passion for quality baking and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving KPIs.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to foster a loyal community around the brand.
