About the Job:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of bakers, baristas, and front-of-house staff.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards in every aspect.
- Customer Experience: Maintain an inviting atmosphere, building relationships with loyal customers and enhancing their experience.
- Stock & Supply Chain: Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure quality control for all ingredients and products.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining quality.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
About you:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or food production.
- Passion for quality baking and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
