A background of running high volume venues is an advantage, along with good career stability. A minimum of 5 years managerial experience is required.

The Role

You will be responsible for the overall daily operations and performance of this unique, independent bar operation! Working alongside the current team of around 50 members, this position is very much a hands-on, leading from the front, maintaining high company standards of product and service.

The focus of the General Manager will mainly be on managing and developing our fun team, maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth. The General Manager will need to assert an active presence within the venue. A great opportunity to join one of Londons best bar team.
