This is an exceptional opportunity to join a small, high-end restaurant with a chefs counter dining concept, offering an intimate and exclusive experience for just 30-40 covers per service.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a strong focus on precision service
Work closely with the kitchen team in a chefs counter setting
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
Uphold the restaurants Michelin standards
Maintain a strong knowledge of fine wines and high-end dining
2-3 years of experience in management positions within Michelin-starred restaurants is essential
Proven ability to lead a team in a high-end, small-cover environment
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
Strong leadership and people management skills
A hands-on approach and attention to detail
