Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to the lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for excellence, and the ability to drive our business forward while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and lead a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior role.
