General Manager for North London pub sought

We're an independently owned pub on Tottenham High Street, within a stones throw from the stadium and are looking for an experienced General Manager to run our operation.

We have a large selection of craft beers, mainstream beers and a full working kitchen which we are about to outsource for an exciting takeover.

The pub has 2 parts to it, the day to day local, family pub built on the foundations of good quality and service, then the event days of which there are around 40 a year which are built upon high volume and professional, efficient management.

We are looking for somebody with energy and a hands on attitude who flourishes in a customer facing environment and can build and maintain a great, motivated team.

Requirements;

That person should have experience of running a pub or hospitality business, at the very least to an AGM or supervisor level.
Be good with back of office admin, spreadsheets, excel, maintaining stock and GP levels etc
Able to build a rota to fit within the needs of the business
Have food service experience
Have a passion for beer, wine, cocktails, music, sport (or at least 2 of those!)
Live within a reasonable, realistic distance of the pub.
Most importantly to have the desire, energy and motivation to be the main cog that the pub is built around.
