Are you ready to lead a new restaurant to success? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the launch and daily operations of an exciting new restaurant opening in Central London this summer.

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind this highly anticipated venue. Your role will include:

• Leading the pre-opening setup, including recruitment, supplier negotiations, and operational planning.
• Ensuring the restaurant delivers exceptional dining experiences.
• Managing a talented team with a focus on motivation, training, and development.
• Overseeing all aspects of operations, including budgets, cost control, and health and safety compliance.
• Building strong relationships with guests, the team, and stakeholders.
