An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead a high-energy, multi-concept food hall and bar in South West London. This role requires a strong hospitality professional with a track record in managing large-scale operations, driving commercial success, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service across multiple food vendors and bars.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a large, diverse team to maintain high standards of service.
- Drive revenue growth and manage costs to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with chefs, bar managers, and marketing teams to enhance the venues reputation.
- Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders to foster a positive environment.
- Proven experience as a General Managerin a high-volume, multi-concept hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and engagement.
- Commercial acumen with experience in financial performance management.
