Bread Street Kitchen in the iconic Battersea Power Station is a bustling, large and breath-taking space - providing real round the clock dining and drinking - whether it's an early breakfast meeting, after work drinks or a large group dinner, this restaurant concept can do it all.

The General Manager must have:

A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and exceptional guest service
The motivation and leadership skill to represent Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and its world class hospitality standards
Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium high-volume quality restaurant
A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times
A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team
Good commercial acumen with previous P&L responsibility
A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the restaurant
Exceptional communication skills verbal and written to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
Ability to multi task and effectively manage relationships at all levels

Key Accountabilities:

Being the key leader of the restaurant, effectively managing the team and driving revenue and standards
Responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the restaurant team to achieve loyalty and retention
Responsible for the overall planning, business development and success of the restaurant alongside the Head Chef
To deliver the concept and values of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
Establish the restaurant as a destination dining experience through exceptional service and guest loyalty
Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver all targets of the P&L
