Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the new venue, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Inspire and motivate a large team, fostering a positive and people-focused work environment.
Oversee all aspects of the business, from front-of-house operations to back-of-house management.
Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic plans and drive growth.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and drink, maintaining the brands reputation for excellence.
Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and build strong customer relationships.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability targets.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
Some experience with new openings would be an advantage.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a large team.
Strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
