Start date is 1st of July with potential to start earlier, dependent on circumstances.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bar operations, and F&B management.
- Leading and managing senior to junior team members.
- Strong business understanding with experience in driving revenue and managing costs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours.
