We are currently looking for a part time locum OT to manage the adaptations Team for a busy London Council. This would be 2.5 days per week, with some potential flexibility. The position is mostly remote working and office based one day per week.

The position will include day to day management of the adaptations team, x4 direct reports (all very experienced team members). Monthly 121’s, half year and annual appraisals, system approvals for DFG spend & responsible for the DFG budget, case discussions /problem solving as required, legislative guidance, lead any necessary process development or mini projects, investigate and draft complaint responses, occasional visits for OT perspective (approx. twice per month) promotion and representation of the team where required, attend virtual contractor and RSL meetings quarterly. Engagement with practice improvement /CQC visit prep as required, review of suitability of plans for any resident own schemes.

The OT will need to be very experienced as a manager, knowledgeable and self-managing.
