Daytime Healthcare are working with a high-end Ophthalmology Clinic near the Harley Street area, who are seeking a Practice Manager to join their established and friendly team.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic focusing on compliance with CQC standards and delivering outstanding patient care.

  • Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic operations, including diary management, correspondence, and financial transactions (invoicing, handling money, finance agreements).
  • Coordinate patient-facing services: scheduling appointments, consultations, surgeries, and managing patient enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Oversee administrative functions: facility management, room bookings, maintaining health records, and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with health insurers, other clinics, hospitals, and GPs to facilitate clinic operations.
