Registered Manager - 3 bed Children's home


NonStop Care is currently working with a well established Children's Residential home in the London area who are looking for a Registered Manager to lead their home.


As an Registered Manager you will be working closely with the Service Manager and Operations manager to assist the development and growth of the service, allowing you to have greater job satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.

Responsibilities:


* Must be able to lead, motivate, manage and develop all members of the staff team within an open and enthusiastic culture which includes the delivery of training.
* You will manage a 3 bedded children's home in a rural area and manage a support team of 6 to ensure a high quality of care is delivered to young people that provides a positive and enriching living experience that meets their needs and achieves the best possible outcomes for each of the young people.

Requirements:


They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' previous experience within the last 5 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children and, for at least 1 year, requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
