The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to young learners. You will work with small groups and individual students to provide additional support in core subjects such as literacy and numeracy, helping them to reach their full potential. You will also support the classroom environment, assisting with classroom management and ensuring that students are actively engaged in their learning. Your role will involve helping with the preparation of learning resources, tracking students' progress, and supporting with assessments as required.
