- Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure each session is tailored to the students EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) goals.
- Track and monitor progress, offering feedback to staff and families to adjust intervention approaches as needed.
- Create a positive, nurturing learning environment, encouraging confidence, independence, and growth.
- Previous experience as a 1:1 SEND Support Assistant or similar role, ideally within a Primary school setting.
- A solid understanding of SEND and experience with implementing targeted interventions.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy for working with children with diverse needs.
- Organisational skills and a proactive approach to meeting student goals.
- Based in Kensington & Chelsea, a vibrant area with excellent transport links and community resources.
