We are seeking an experienced Accounting Lecturer to support on a permanent basis role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young minds.

Day-to-day of the role of a Accounting Lecturer
- Teach AAT Level 1-3 courses, ensuring high levels of student engagement and achievement.
- Plan and deliver all AAT units per level, tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Conduct assessments and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Handle some administrative responsibilities related to the courses, ensuring all course documentation is up-to-date and compliant with college standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Accounting Lecturer role:
- Must hold an AAT or equivalent qualification in Accounting.
- Proven experience as a teacher with a track record of helping learners achieve high success rates.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
