About the role - Behaviour Teaching assistant - Tower Hamlets

• You will be assisting students in the classroom on either a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Support students with their academic studies helping them stay interested in what they are studying.
• The ability to think quickly on your feet if a challenging behaviour situation happened
• Support or lead intervention for students with SEN, SEMH or challenging behaviour needs
• Work alongside the class teacher with the overall behaviour in the classroom
• Creating learning material to support with students learning and needs.
