The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a fast paced PRU to support the schools most challenging student's students on a 1:1 basis. For this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role you must have at least 1 years experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not have to be in the school setting this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role would be suitable for an experienced Youth Worker. To be a suitable Behaviour Teaching Assistant you must have a calm and confident approach and have the vision to see the best in every child.
The School - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
This PRU is an Alternative Provision catering for 67 students aged 14- 19 who have been excluded from mainstream school. This PRU is a provision based in Newham and aims to transform the lives of the young people who are unable to thrive within mainstream education. This PRU was recently graded as 'Good' in their recent Ofsted inspection.
