Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging Business and Economics lessons in line with the curriculum
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure attainment of learning objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being
Qualifications
- Must have a QTS
- Proven experience in classroom management
- Previous experience teaching Business and Economics at BTEC level
- Strong understanding of educational technology and its integration into teaching practices
Day-to-day
As a Business and Economic Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents to ensure the overall success and well-being of the students.
