We are seeking a dedicated Business Management Lecturer to join our academic team, focusing on the BA Business Management degree. Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Teach across all levels (4-6 essential) in the specialist subject area, with teaching at L3 and L7 considered desirable.
- Engage in lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, and resource planning to ensure the effective delivery of the BA Business Management programme.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, monitor their progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain strong industry links and stay updated with the latest developments in the business field.
- Utilize college resources and technologies to enhance student learning experiences and organisational effectiveness.
- Conduct research and engage in scholarly activities or professional practice relevant to the discipline.
- Participate in course-related meetings, examination boards, and contribute to annual course monitoring reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in programme design, creation of teaching materials, and discipline expertise.
