Join the School of Business at FE College, a large and diverse institution offering a range of vocational and professional programmes. We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to teach across various Business courses, focusing on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3 and Access to HE, including Marketing and Finance units.
Day-to-day of the role:- Teach and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of Business courses.
- Engage and motivate learners aged 16+ in Further Education, with a particular focus on 16-18 year olds.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
- Participate in the continuous assessment and feedback process to monitor student progress.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
- Contribute to the development of new teaching materials and resources.
- Possess a degree in Business or a related area.
- Some teaching or training experience is essential.
- Passion for Business and education, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and IT skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
