GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Business Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Greenwich. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5, ensuring students of all abilities and backgrounds achieve their full potential.
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that inspire creativity, independence, and critical thinking.
- Assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback and contributing to both internal and external assessments.
- Collaborate with the Curriculum Leader for Business and ICT to elevate the subject's profile within the school.
- Participate in curriculum development, contributing to schemes of work, teaching resources, and assessments.
- Take on pastoral responsibilities as a form tutor, ensuring students’ well-being and academic development.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour, fostering a positive and structured learning environment.

Requirements:
- A degree in Business or a related field, alongside QTS.
- Proven experience of teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 levels.
- Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of current developments in Business education.
- Excellent classroom management and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- A passion for education and ongoing professional development.
