Business Teacher
- Salary: £30-£35p/h

Join our dedicated team as a Business Teacher, where you will have the opportunity to teach across a variety of business courses. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about shaping the future of students in business education, focusing on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including BTEC First, and T Levels.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions across a range of business courses.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum requirements.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate and inspire learners of all ages to excel in their studies.
- Participate in curriculum development activities to enhance the course offerings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Utilise IT and digital tools to enhance the learning experience for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or a related area.
- Successful experience of delivering BTEC programmes Level 1 - 3.
- Strong ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to education.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous, but not required as support is provided to achieve the Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
