Early Years Educator

Location: Tower Hamlets, East London

Salary: 24,000 - 28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

A highly regarded primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator (Level 3) to join their vibrant EYFS team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Nursery Educator to work in a well-resourced and nurturing environment, supporting young learners in their early development.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-5 years.
• Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance early childhood development.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed.

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, or EYFS Teaching Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and parents.
• A patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach to supporting young children's development.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
