Role Overview:

Full-time, term-time only position
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, encouraging progress and attainment
Assist with behaviour management in the classroom and around the school
Collaborate with the SEN team to deliver tailored learning strategies
Confidently lead sessions to support students with SEN

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 Education Degree from a leading UK university
Experience working with children, preferably with SEN
Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in managing student behaviour
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, students, and parents
