We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lecturer to support on a permanent basis role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young minds.

- Salary £26,900 - £42,000pa
- Start: January 2025
- Teach BTEC Firsts and Nationals qualifications in Engineering, ensuring high levels of student engagement and achievement.
- Utilise your strong background in Engineering to provide expert knowledge and support to students.
- Motivate and support students throughout their studies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, helping them understand complex concepts and encouraging their academic growth.
- Commit to obtaining a Level 5 teaching qualification within a designated timeframe if not already qualified.
- Appropriate experience teaching BTEC Firsts and Nationals in Engineering.
- A teaching qualification or the commitment to obtain a Level 5 qualification within a designated timeframe.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support students.
- A 'can do’ attitude and a keen sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to address everyday challenges with a positive approach.
