Levels: ?BTEC Level 1 - Level 3Pay: ?Hourly rate / Daily Rate - negotiable Contract: ?Full time Monday to Friday Key responsibilities:In this ?Engineering Lecturer? role, your responsibilities will include: 路 ??Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements. 路 ?Analysing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them. 路 ?Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners. 路 ?Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans, and asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track. 路 ?Providing extra support to students that require it, and more challenging tasks to those who are ahead of the class. 路 ?Keeping abreast of developments and research in the field and using this to ensure lessons are relevant. 路 ?Reporting any progress issues to the head of the department, as well as the parents. 路 ?Attending meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other continuing education initiatives. 路 ?Supervising lab sessions, delivering practical demonstrations, and accompanying students on field trips. 路 ?Keeping the line of communication open between students, staff, and parents. ?? Skills & experience路 ???Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service. 路 ?Teaching Qualification 路 ?Degree In related discipline 路 ?Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills. 路 ?Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations. 路 ?Ability to inspire and motivate students. 路 ?Strong multitasking skills.? ??
